If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, please do not use this website. We reserve the right to remove, suspend or make changes to our website at any time, without prior notice. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice. By using this site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and it is your responsibility that you check to ensure you are aware of the current terms and conditions.

PRICING
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (15% sales tax). All prices are correct at time of publication; however Mr Vintage reserves the right to alter prices for any reason at any time. 

COLOURS
Every effort has been made to portray the colours of our products that appear on this website as accurately as possible. 

STOCK AVAILABILITY
Products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We have made every effort to provide accurate stock availability information on our website, however, we do not guarantee that if a product is classified as being “in stock” that stock will be available to purchase online.

PROMOTIONS AND SALES
When there is a promotion or sale, on the entire website, category or individual products, the offer or offers, are only available while stocks. Discounts are off the regular retail price and not available in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated. Promotions may replace other offers. Accessories used in photographs may not be included in the price and colours may differ slightly from online images.

Purchase any eligible full-priced Mr Vintage T-Shirt for $25.00 (RRP $40 - $45 NZD each) for a limited time only and only while stocks last. The offer is available online at www.mrvintage.co.nz from 29^th May – 1^st June 2026. The offer will be applied automatically to eligible T-Shirt items. Offer excludes Artist Collaborations, Charitee and Sale items. The offer is only redeemable on select styles, while stocks last. Due to the high volume of demand, Mr Vintage cannot guarantee the availability of stock during the offer period. The offer is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase gift cards. The offer cannot be redeemed against a prior purchase. The offer is subject to our General Terms and Conditions, Delivery, Returns and Privacy policies, which are available online. The offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated. We will exchange any faulty or damaged items within 30 day of purchase, however we do not provide refunds on discounted items.
